Why I Started *Letters to Leaders*

I’m Jeana Miller, a current principal and leadership coach, former district leader. Over 20 years in education taught me this: schools rise or fall on how well we lead and how well we take care of ourselves while doing it.

I created Letters to Leaders because I’ve lived the pressure, the overwork, and the quiet fear that maybe I wasn’t doing enough. These letters are my way of giving school leaders the tools and support I wish I had, one clear, compassionate message at a time.
